2018 Lookout Pass MPRG

7/15/2018 - The MPRG group (Mac Pass Repeater Group) was finally ready to expand their DMR coverage westward and today was the day. A verizon 4G connection was installed along with a shiny, new Hytera repeater. It didn't take long to put in the repeater (replacing an analog with the digital) but it took several tries to get the Verizon 4G device to receive a proper signal (-58dBm). It now all works and when combined with the PNW system there is DMR coverage for nearly the entire I-90 corridor from Ellensburg to Bozeman. DMR rocks!
