2/19/2010 - Los Angeles Harbor College Lady Seahawks at Grossmont College Griffins. Griffins win 7 - 0. I like to believe they had a little help from Kyrstin, who's memorial banner was hung by 3rd base today during her jersey retirement ceremony.

"#73 on the field, but #1 in our hearts." (Inscription on the jersey box.) Today was Kyrstin's jersey retirement ceremony, rescheduled from Feb 5th, 2010 due to rain. Head Coach Rick Trestrail and Athletic Director Jim Spillers present Kyrstin's jersey box to Kyrstin's parents, Claire and Lenny Gemar. The other photos from the ceremony may be seen here. The banner is held by #6 Kylie Wilson, #30 Caitlin Aimalefoa, and #21 Kelly Seitz. Caitlin knew Kyrstin from Clairemont Girls Fastpitch/Bobby Sox and Clairemont High School.
