  • Wednesday, 8/1/2012 Claire and I had the privilege to witness Clairemont Girls Fastpitch play in the A.S.A. West National Championships Softball Tournament, held in Spokane. I took many photos, but one really caught my attention as I was processing them this evening.<br /> <br /> Tricia Niu hit her first-ever over-the-fence home run. Congrats to her.<br /> <br /> But before she whacked that ball, she had to let a few balls float by. Looking at how her eyes track those incoming balls, I was filled with a sense of Déjà vu.<br /> <br /> Gee, I wonder why?... <br /> <br /> Photos of Kyrstin Gemar (2009) and Tricia Niu (2012).
